【Abstract】 It was observed that the wave spictra was different in different coordinate. By the means of Lorentz Transformation the paper derived the trasfomation relation of frequency spectrum of wave in kinetic coordinate with that in static coordinate, and gave out the formulas of frequency spectrum due to kinetic coordinate in different velocities. Galilean transformation may replace Lorentz Transformation in low speeds (v<< c).更多还原
