网架结构与传统钢屋盖系统的对比分析

【摘要】 本文介绍水工建筑结构中采用网架结构与传统钢屋盖系统的对比分析,给出了常见矩形平面形状下网架结构与传统钢屋盖系统的单位面积用钢量及造价指标,可供有关人员在选择设计方案时参考。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic stracture to use the space -framed grid structure is continuously increased. Owing to lacking data of the space-framed grid stracture in contrast with the steel truss system, it is short of convincing to determine the design plan. After analysis, results show that the using steel quantity per unit area of space-framed grid structure is increased and also the cost of it is higher than that of the steel truss system when side length ratio n>1. 5,but when n≤1. 5 the situation is opposite. This paper given index of the using steel quantity and the cost per unit area for the space-framed grid structure and the steel truss system of rectangular plane,and estimated relative formula to be applicable for different spans, side length ratios and roofing loads. Estimated results and calculated results are fairly near, and reference is given for designer.
