玻璃陶瓷压痕裂纹扩展特性
Growth Behavior of Indentation Crack in a Machinable Glass ceramic
【摘要】 研究压痕径向裂纹在压痕塑性区残余应力作用下的扩展特性,分别测定一种可切削玻璃陶瓷在水、空气中的应力腐蚀指数n.结果表明:水显著加速裂纹扩展,使V~KI曲线左移,n值下降。
【Abstract】 In this paper,growth behavior of indentation radial crack under the residual stress driving force from indentation plastic Zone is studied.The stress corrosion exponent of a machinable glass ceramic is measured in water and air.The results show that,water enhance crack growth velocity,makes V~K I curve move left and gives a smaller n value.
