摩阻材料用增韧酚醛树脂的研究
SYNTHESIS OF MODIFIED PHENOLIC RESIN AND ITS APPLICATIONS
【摘要】 采用不饱和脂肪酸与苯酚先反应成改性酚,再与甲醛缩聚成酚醛树脂的合成工艺可行。其中不饱和脂肪酸有效地提高了树脂的抗冲击强度。这种改性树脂更适于作摩阻材料。
【Abstract】 henolic resin can be manufactured from condensing of formaldehyde and modified phenol obtained from unsaturated fatty acid by bulk polymerization.The impact strangth of modified resin was increased effectively.This rsein can be Used friction-materials.
