聚二甲基硅氧烷—苯基倍半硅氧烷共聚物及其弹性体 Ⅱ共聚物流动性和硫化胶力学性能的影响因素

【摘要】 羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷和苯基三甲氧基硅烷在有机溶剂中进行碱催化水解缩合反应,形成了聚二甲基硅氧烷—苯基倍半硅氧烷共聚物。在有机锡催化剂存在下,共聚物于室温可硫化成力学性能优良的有机硅弹性体。通过考察各种反应因素对共聚物流动性及硫化胶力学性能的影响,发现H2O与PhSi(OCH3)3的摩尔比、107胶与PhSi(OCH3)3的重量比、107胶分子量、甲苯用量对共聚物粘度和硫化胶力学性能有较大的影响,其中H2O与PhSi(OCH3)3的摩尔比是决定共聚物及其硫化胶基本性能的关键因素。
【Abstract】 A polydimethylsiloxane-phenylsilsesquioxane copolymer has been prepared by base-catalyzed hydrolysis and condensation of phenyltrimethoxysilane and hydroxyterminated polydimethylsiloxane in organic solvents. The copolymer can be vulcanized by catalysis of dibutyltin dilaurate at room temperature to give a silicone elastomer with quite good mechanical properties. The effcts of various factors in the reaction on viscosity of the copolymer and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates have been investigated. There are four factors which affect viscosity of the copolymer and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates to a large extent. Those are the molar ratio of water to phenyltrimethoxysilane, the weight ratio of hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane to phenyltrimethoxysilane, the molecular weight of hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and the ratio of toluene to reactants, among which the molar ration of water to phenyltrimethoxysilane is the key factor to determine fluidity of the copolymer and mechanical properties of the vulcanizates.
