【摘要】 研究了有载体９０Ｙ－ＥＤＴＭＰ在不同溶剂体系中的Ｒｆ和展开时间，以及浓氨水、乙醇和水体系溶剂配比和ｐＨ值对９０Ｙ纸色层分离的影响，同时与柱色谱、ＨＰＬＣ谱进行放射化学纯度比较。最后确定Ｖ（浓氨水）∶Ｖ（乙醇）∶Ｖ（水）＝０．２∶２∶４，ｐＨ＝９．０－１４．０时分离效果最好更多还原

【Abstract】 The R f and the developing time of 90 Y EDTMP in different solvent system are studied. The effects of pH and solvent ratios on paper chromatographic behavior of 90 Y EDTMP are investigated in the ammonium hydroxide, ethanol and water system in detail.At the same time the results obtained here on the rediochemical purity of 90 Y EDTMP are compared with those of column chromatography and HPLC. It is found that when the solvent system of ammonium hydroxide, ethanol and water is used with the pH value fixed at 7.0-14.0, the best result would be obtained.更多还原
