【摘要】 安钢一炼钢厂采用普通功率2×10t电炉加25t直流钢包炉的生产工艺,在电弧炉内应用熔氧合并、部分铁水热装、全程泡沫渣操作、微机控制强化功率输入、导电臂及大截面水冷电缆等技术,在直流钢包炉内完成钢水温度及合金成分调整、终脱氧、夹杂物变性处理等任务,年产量达到13.5万t。

【Abstract】 The two 10 t electric arc furnaces + 25 t DC ladle furnace steelmaking process is adopted inthe No 1 steelmaking shop, Anyang iron & Steel Group, including combination of melting and oxygenblowing, partial hot metal charging, full foamy slag operation, computer control for power input, currentconducting arms and large section water cooled cable for EAF operation, and temperature control, alloying, finaldeoxidization and inclusion transformed treatment in DC ladle furnace. The annual output of the two furnacehas been reached up to 135 kt.
