【Abstract】 Seven compounds were isolated from the aerial part of Clematis intricate Bunge. On the basis of the chemical properties and spectral data they were identified as ethyl stearate(1) , 1-hexacosanol ( 2 ), caffeic acid ethyl ester ( 3 ) , huzhangoside B ( 4 ) , kalopanax-saponin B ( 5 ) , clematoside S ( 6 ) , and 5-hydroxy-4-oxoxpentanoic acid(7).
