铜酞菁脂肪磺酰胺衍生物对铜酞菁表面改性的研究
MODIFICATION OF COPPER PHTHALICYANINE SURFACE WITH COPPER PHTHALICYANINE FATTY SULFONAMIDE DERIVATIVE
【摘要】 合成了4种钢酞菁(CuPC)的脂肪磺酰胺衍生物,并用于对CuPC改性。讨论了该衍生物对CuPC颜料润湿性、分散性、抗絮凝性的影响。结果表明,改性后CuPC的润湿角随衍生物中取代烷基链增长而增大,在甲苯中的分散稳定性及在醇酸树脂涂料中的抗絮凝性明显提高。
【Abstract】 Four fatty sulfonamide derivatives of copper phthalicyanine (CuPC) have been prepared used to modify the surface of CuPC. The influence of the derivatives on the wetting, dispersing and deflocculation properties of the pigment has been discussed. It has shown that the wetting angle of modified CuPC will increase with the length of the substituted group chain in the derivative, and dramatically increase of its dispersibility in xylene and deflocculation in alkyd resin coatings.
