【摘要】 对择期术后第1日病人,每日静脉滴注复方乳酸钠山梨醇注射液2升(250～300ml/h,每升含山梨醇50g),观察病人对山梨醇的利用情况。结果输入的山梨醇91％被机体利用。同样条件输复方乳酸钠葡萄糖液的病人(每升含葡萄糖50g),输入的葡萄糖98％被机体利用。这说明山梨醇用于供能仅次于葡萄糖。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the utilization ratio of sorbitol,twenty-six patients (male 7,female 19,aged 48. 5, weight 61. 7kg, ASA 1 to IDin the first postoperative day were chosen,compound sodium lactate sorbitol solution 2 000ml was administered intravenously at the rate 250~300ml/h. The results demonstrated that 91% of infused sorbitol was utilized. In addition, ten patients (male 3, female 7, aged 47. 2,weight 68. 5kg,ASA I to IDin the same condition were infused compound sodium lactate glucose solution. The results manifested that 98% of infused glucose was utilized. These results showed that sorbitol can provide with energy,but it is in the second place compared with glucose.更多还原
