【摘要】 对49例恒牙期牙列拥挤患儿采用拔牙方法矫治,并配合方丝弓固定矫正器治疗。凡牙列拥挤度在9.9mm以下拔1个牙占95％,拥挤度在10～17.5mm拔2个牙占72.4％,拔除双侧第一双尖牙者占88.4％。均取得良好疗效,矫正率达100％。对牙列拥挤病人,拔牙矫治的方法为首选。更多还原

【Abstract】 Among forty-nine cases of children with crowding of permanent teeth, each of them had received extraction of teeth and edgewise fixed orthodontic appliance treatment. Most cases (95%) with crowding range below 9.9mm had been extracted one tooth,while 72. 4% cases with crowding range 10-17. 5 mm had been extracted two teeth. In the latter cases,88. 4% bilateral first bicuspid had been extracted. The therapeutic effect was excellent. The correction rate was 100%. It is suggested that using the method of extraction of teeth and orthodontic treatment is the best choice for the case with crowd- ing of permanent teeth.更多还原
