【摘要】 本实验采用二期造模法,制作大鼠阴虚及不同菌株感染的前列腺炎病理模型,观察复方前列汤对其的影响。实验结果显示,复方前列汤可使炎症模型动物的体温下降,体重增长加快,抑制模型动物前列腺腺体增生,改善局部血管的病理性扩张和瘀血状态,其作用明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。由此提示复方前列汤为临床治疗前列腺炎的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper took the secondary model mothod to make prostatitis model with deficiency of yin and different strains infection so as to observe the effects of composite qianlie decoction on it.The results showed that composite qianlie decoction could make the body temperature of model with prostatitis low significantly, growth of body weight faster than that of control group, could inhibit the proliferation of corpus glandulare prostatae, improve the pathologic dilatation and stasis of local blood vessel, these functions were more significant than that of control group (P<0.01).All these suggested that composite qianlie decoction was the effective composite for the treatment of prostatitis.更多还原
