【摘要】 本文应用阻抗心动图对冠心病之心气虚与心气未虚者的心功能不同特点以及兼有标实证对心功能的影响作了较深入的探讨,结果表明心气虚者的心输出量,心肌收缩力、心室顺应性和血管功能等均较心气未虚者明显下降。在心气虚的状态下,兼有血瘀证对左心功能下降的影响最大,其次为气滞证,痰浊证影响最小。为使心气虚具有一定的特异性,以五项主要心功能指标中的异常指标多少作为心气虚量化分级的评判标准,其符合率达78.08％,故对中医辨证治疗冠心病颇有实用价值和指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article discussed the applying the impedance cardiogram to appraise thecar-diac function characteristics of deficiency and no - deficiency of heart - qi syndromes of patients with coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy and the effects of incidental excess accompanying symptons on cardiac function. The results showed that the function of cardiac output, contractility, ventricular compliance and func-tionof blood vessels’ etc. of patients with deficiency of heart - qi were lower thanthat of no - deficiency, stasis of blood accompanying syndrome was themostfactor to induce the low of ventriculus sinister function, the effect of stagnationof qi accompanying syndrome on ventriculus sinister function was worse than that of stagnation of phlegm. In order to appraise the specificity of deficiency of heart-qi, the abnormal number of five indexes of cardiac function were take as judgmental standards of grading of deficiency of heartf - qi syndrome, thecoincidence rate got 78.08%. Thus,all above results were significance for the differentation of syndrome on Coronary Atherosclerotic Cardiopathy.更多还原
