【摘要】 应用彩色多普勒血流显像对55例血管内栓塞物性质进行鉴别诊断。结果表明：31例血栓内均无血流信号。而24例瘤栓中有11例癌栓内测及动脉血流信号，阻力指数0．61±0．12。5例同时可测及静脉血流信号。12例瘤栓旁可见异常丰富动脉血流信号，瘤栓范围越大血流越丰富。栓塞物性质的鉴别有利于寻找原发病灶及预后评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 55 patients with intravascular embolism were examined by using color Doppler flow imaging so as to identify the quality of different emboli. In all 31 patients with thrombosis no flow signal could be detected within trombus. Among 24 patients with tumor embolism, arterial now signal could be picked up (resistance index 0. 61±0. 12) within the embolus in 11 patients, in 5 of whom venous flow signal could be found simultaneously; and very abundant arterial flow signal was also viewed beside the embolus in 12 patients.The larger the extent of embolus was, the more abundant flow signal was displayed. It may be concluded that differentiation of the features of embolus is beneficial for searching the primary lesion and evaluating the prognosis.更多还原
