【摘要】 介绍48例（共50例髋关节）股骨头缺血性坏死。原发性9例，继发性39例.其中股骨颈骨折并发股骨头坏死37例，长期使用皮质激素2例，均为双侧，共50例髋关节。以Ficat分期，Ⅰ期4例，ⅡA、ⅡB期34例，Ⅲ期12例。患者均采用坏死骨刮除带缝匠肌肌带松质骨骨拴植入治疗.并进行术后回顾性随防分析，随访时间足坛名年，最短1年，平均2.名年。结果表明:优良者43例，占86.0％，无并发症发生。对手术方法及其效果进行了分析讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of 50 hips in fortyeight patients who had osteonecrosis of the femoral head were assessed after treatment by grafting cancellous bone bolt with sartorius pedicle. According to Ficat, 34 hips were classified as stage Ⅱ, 12 as stage Ⅲ and 4 as stage 1. The postoperative effects were evaluated by melzer C 200 points.
