【Abstract】 The typical cytopathic effect (CPE) of adenovirus type 41 (TaK strain) on A549 cell line having no E1 function of adenovirus was described for the first time. The initial time and the extent of CPE on A549 cells were different among the various groups of virus dilptions. However, the beginning time of virus antigen expressed on A549 cells was likely to be the same 2 or 3 days after infection with the TaK strain. The result of molecular hybridization showed that the amount of nucleic acid of virus at groups of 1:10 or 1:20 dilution was greater than that group of 1: 50 dilution 12 days after being infected with TaK strain.更多还原
