电磁辐射对γ射线诱导HL60细胞凋亡影响的初步研究
EFFECT OF PULSING ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD ON RADIATION INDUCED APOPTOSIS IN HL60 CELLS
【摘要】 研究了脉冲磁场与γ射线联合作用对HL60细胞凋亡的影响。采用137Cs照射源剂量为4Gy,磁场强度为20MT,频率为250Hz照射人早幼粒白血病细胞。结果表明,HL60细胞经电磁场作用后,可以提高γ射线对它的杀伤效果,增加γ射线诱发HL60细胞凋亡明显高于单独γ射线照射。
【Abstract】 With a view to examining the possible clinical applicability of pulsing electromagnetic fields (PEMF),the biological effects of PEMF and its combined effects with ionizing radiation on HL60 cells were investigated Cells were exposed to 4Gy gamma irradiation from a 137 Cs source The strength and frequency of PEMF were 20MT and 250Hz respectively The combined effect of 137 Cs irradiation with exposure to the PEMF showed a greater effect than a simple additive one The results suggest that PEMF can increase apoptosis induction of HL60 cells by inoizing radiation
