【摘要】 应用ＭＴＴ及原位杂交技术对本室建立的人胸腺上皮样细胞株（ＴＥＣ１）分泌的细胞因子活性蛋白及其ｍＲＮＡ的表达进行了测定。结果表明，ＴＥＣ１细胞自发性分泌ＩＬ－１及ＩＬ－６活性蛋白，ＴＥＣ１细胞的起始浓度为５×１０４／ｍｌ，培养５天后，ＴＥＣ１细胞培养上清液中ＩＬ－１的活性平均为８４．６±１２．０Ｕ／ｍｌ；ＩＬ－６的活性平均为６５．４±１４．０Ｕ／ｍｌ；经原位杂交发现ＴＥＣ１具有ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－１ｒａ及ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ的表达。提示：ＴＥＣ１细胞分泌的上述三种细胞因子对Ｔ细胞的发育具有重要意义。更多还原
