【Abstract】 This paper is about the restilts and analysis of HBsAg and Anti-HCV re-checks of 1076 bags of raw blood plasma to be used for blood products. The raw plasma, provided by blood Donation Stations, was tested by ELISA method and the results were that the positive reactions to HBsAg and Anti-HCV were 0. 17 % and 4. 16 % respectively. That shows it is highly important to detect virus in plasma to ensure the quality of blood products and to prevent hepatitis(PTH)after blood transfusion.更多还原
