【摘要】 本文就目前影响急诊科护理质量的因素进行分析发现,护士知识的陈旧与不足不能适应急救医学的发展;劳动强度大又影响了学习;护士对医疗改革缺乏认识致使部分人重经济效益,轻社会效益;社会重医轻护导致护士的自卑感而产生心理状态失衡,以致影响了急诊护理质量。其对策为加强职业道德教育提高业务素质是关键。用伦理道德,情感理智和知识来强化服务意识。从科学的管理手段调动护理人员的积极性。增加检查监督手段,运用TQC加强环节质量控制,以促使急救护理质量的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyses factors which influence nursing-quality in the emergency department. It indicates that nursing skills are not keeping pace with the development of emergency medicine. The work overload is interfering with their study. Due to stress on economic benefit at the expense of social benefit, nurses are not recognizing the need to update and reform their nursing skills. Society, while expecting quality and up-to-date medical care, tends to look down on nurses. Some nurses seem to be losing self-esteem due to psychological stress which influences the nursing quality of emergency medical care. It is important that a strategy be developed to strengthen occupational moral education, heighten professional skill. We should strengthen the service consciousness of ethics morality, emotional support and knowledge. We should bring every positive factor into play by methods of scientific administration, checking and supervising. We should utilize means of checking, supervision and total quality control (TQC) in order to strengthen links in quality control improving nursing quality of emergency medicine.更多还原
