【摘要】 对大肠癌根治术后采用门静脉插管化疗方法,可降低患者术后肝转移的发生率,在配合术中门静脉插管以及术后化疗时,应加强术前心理护理,术中协助医生检查病人有无插管适应症,准备好插管所需用品,为防止插管时血液回流凝固堵塞导管,插管前洗手护士准备好肝素生理盐水溶液。术后认真做好导管的维护工作,防止导管意外滑脱、扭曲以及堵塞。同时需作好化疗后各项副作用的观察与护理。从而保证插管成功和化疗的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chemotherapy with 5-fu perfusion by portal vein catheterization could decrease the incidence of liver metastasis in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. In order to coordinate with doctors in portal vein catherization and 5-fu perfusion during operative and postoperative period, it was carried out to enhance the psychological nursing, to determine the indication by examination and to prepare well the needed catheters and heparin in prevention of catheter obstruction induced by coagulation of backflow blood. During postoperative period, maintenance of catheter was adopted to prevent olisthy, twisting and obstruction of catheters while the observation and nursing was carried out for the side - effects caused by chemotherapy. This ensured the success of portal vein catherization and proceeding of chemotherapy smoothly.更多还原
