汽车安全带对乘员头部伤害的计算模拟研究
Computer Simulation Study of Vehicle’s Safety Belt on Head Injury
【摘要】 研究乘员运动的响应是对乘员实施被动保护的基础,把先进的计算机模拟技术、多体动力学计算程序MADYMO和回归设计技术理论有机地结合起来,研究了汽车安全带刚度及其上固定点位置对乘员运动响应的影响,揭示出各参数间的线性、非线性及交互作用对人体头部伤害标准HIC的影响规律,得到最优回归方程,为正确设计安全带上固定点位置,正确选择安全带刚度提供了可靠的依据.
【Abstract】 The research of the occupant’s kinematic response during collision is the basis of protecting occupant’s safety in an accident’ The influence on occupant’s kinematic response due to the stiffness of the belt and the position 0f the belt’s top-fixed point are studied in this paper by using the advanced computer sAnulation, the program MADYMO and the theory of regression as an organic whole. The results reveal the variable Tegularity of Head Injury Criterion (HIC) affected by linear and nonlinear interaction of every parameter. According to the results we can obtain the optimum regressive equations and provide the scientific basis for the correct selection of the stiffness of belts and the correct construction of the position of belt’s top-fixed point.
