【Abstract】 Two ubiquinones were separated from heart extract of Aristichthys nobilis by silica gel column chromatography and purified by TLC.Their chemical structures were elucidated to be∶2,3 dimethoxy 5 methyl 6 (isoamylene) 10 1,4 quinone(Ⅰ)and a new ubiquinone ester,2,3 dimethoxy 5 methyl 6 methyl ester (isoamylene) 8 1,4 quinone(Ⅱ),by advanced instrumental analysis including NMR, IR, UV, MS, HPLC, TLC and chemical reactions.更多还原
