【Abstract】 Xylose,xylitol and 5 sugars in hydrolysate and fermentation liquid of bagasse were simultaneously determined by HPLC within 15 mins, on a Spherisorb NH2 column, by using a differential refractometer detector and a mobile phase of 80% acetonitrile solution,with a linear linear of 0 - 7.5g/L and a RSD of less than 4.1%.更多还原
