活化沸石除铁性能研究

【摘要】 通过动态模拟试验,考察了滤速、粒径、进水浓度等对沸石除铁效果的影响,并对比了几种常用除铁材料的性能。结果表明:活化沸石除铁容量高,除铁性能优良。其最佳工艺条件为滤料粒径0.5mm~2.5mm,滤速6m/h~8m/h,反冲洗强度13.10L/m2·s。

【Abstract】 The influence of filter velocity, zeolite size and iron concentration on removing iron from water with activated zeolite has been studied and the other material of removing iron has been discussed too. The results show that the activated zeolite has a higher capacity and is a good new material of removing iron. The optimum operation parameters are filter velocity (6 ̄8)m/h,zeolite size(0.5 ̄2.5)mm, anti rinse intensity 13 10 L/m 2·s.
