在石墨化过程中采用热牵伸法制备高性能PAN基炭纤维
USING HOT STRETCHING IN GRAPHITIZATION TO PREPARE PAN BASED OF HIGH PROPERTIES
【摘要】 对PAN基炭纤维(PANCF)石墨化处理过程中采用热牵伸的工艺进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明:适当张力的热牵伸可以得到高模高强的炭纤维。本文还对热牵伸改善炭纤维力学性能的原因进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 We have discussed the hot stretching techmology used in the graphithation of PAN based carbon fibers. The results show that hish modulous and high strength carbon fibers can be obtained by hot stretching under suitable tensile force. In addition, the reason for hot stretchingto enhance the mechanical properties of carbon fibers was discussed too.
