【摘要】 中医自宋朝就曾指出雷头风的名称，它是一种特殊型的头疼病，常在枕部、项部伴有若干小结节的发生。然而这样的结节并不发生在任何其它种头疼，故可作为鉴诊雷头风的主导体征。按照国内外文献的记载本文认为雷头风在西医就是小结节头疼或肌收缩头疼。西医对本病尚无有价值的治疗方法，但中医清震汤文献记载效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since Song dynasty, Chinese traditional medicine has already pointed out the name of the thunder - like idiopathy of head (TIH, 雷头风), a special type of headache, which is often accompanied by occurrane of somesmall knots at occipital or nuchal region. Neverthless. such knots does not arise in any other headache, this may be regarded as leading signs for differential diagnosis of TIH. According to records in foreign literature the present, author reasonably consider TIH being knotchenkopfschmerz or muscle contraction headcahe. The westernmedicine has no valuable means to treat it. but the tradtional medicine has Qing Zhen Decoct(清震汤 ) to cureit. After scientific diagnosis taking this proved recipe over to treat muscle contraction headache will eliminate theobstinate sufferings of many many people in the world.更多还原
