【Abstract】 Objective: To study the expression of progesterone receptor(PR)mRNA in the human endothelial cells. Methods: (1)The expression of PR mRNA in isolated endothelial cells from the umbilical vein by means of RT PCR.(2) The expression of PR mRNA in human endometrial and myometrial endothelial cells by in situ hybridization with digoxinin labeled RNA probe. Results: (1)PR RT PCR product of the expected size was detected in isolated endothelial cells.(2)In situ hybridization.The antisense probe detected the PR mRNA in the cyclic endometrial of myometrial endothelial cells.No difference was found between the cycles.
