【Abstract】 The paper presented that how to build WAN multimedia Management Information System with software and hardware technology of computer through applying Operation research, Game theory, Network optimization, Financial theory and System project, which can be altogether satisfied with working requirement of Employer, Supervision and Construction Unit.
