示波极谱法测定硝基苯类化合物

【摘要】 文章研究了用示波极谱法测定废水中的硝基苯类化合物。硝基苯类化合物首先被还原为苯胺类化合物,在酸性条件下后者与亚硝酸盐重氮化后再与盐酸萘乙二胺发生偶合反应生成偶氮染料,该偶氮染料在氨性介质中可在汞电极上还原,于-0.65V处形成一峰形良好的极谱还原波。极谱波的波高与硝基苯的浓度在1×10-7至1×10-4mol/L之间呈线性关系。方法的检出限为5×10-8mol/L,比分光光度法的检出限低约30倍。用该法测定了废水中的硝基苯,结果满意。

【Abstract】 Oscillopolarography is used for the determiation of nitrobenzene compounds in wastewater. The nitrobenzene compounds are firstly reduced to aniline compounds by hydrogen newly generated from the reaction of zinc with hydrochloride acid. Then, in acid medium, the aniline compounds are derivatised by dinzotization with nitrite, followed by coupling to N- (1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride to produce an azo dye. This azo dye can be reduced at a mercury electrode in ammonla medium and form a well deifined polarographic reduction wave at the potential of- 0. 60V vs SCE. The wave height is linearly related to the nitrobenzene concentrations between 1×10-7 and 1 ×10-4 mol/L. The detection limit is 5 ×10-8 mol/L, which is 30 folds lower than that of the spectrophotometric method. The method we introduce here in this paper has been applied to the determination of nitrobenzene compounds in wastewater with satisfsctory results.
