【Abstract】 The improvement of living standard of the Chinese people, from simply having adequate food and clothing to being fairly well-off, is mostly embodied in their residential conditions. This article aims at establishing a perfect and effective evaluation norm system to evaluate in all ways and with all depths the social profits, tech-economic profits and environmental profits so as to provide the scientific basis for the macro-control of the government and related departments on the basis of quantifying the qualitative norms in the light of international standard from the aspects of residential quarters function and environment.更多还原
