【摘要】 为探究影响人显微外科输精管吻合术后复育的因素，我们以22项指标对56伊］显微外科输精管吻合术后的男子进行了连续3年的随访观察。其结果全部精液中均复现了精子，而复育率为66．1％。经Logistic回归分析等统计方法处理，表明丈夫年龄、妻子年龄、妻子曾孕否、吻合次数、吻合本前血清FSH、LH、T、输精管结节精子肉芽肿等8个因素对妻子受孕无明显影响，而绝育年限、精子密度、精子前向运动、活动、存活、正常形态、穿卵率和吻合前后血清TAT、SIT、术后精液MAR、IBT结合IgG和IgA等14个因素都有明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To determine the factors which might affect the recovery of fertility after an accurate mlcrosurgical vasovasotomy,we conducted a 3-year follow-up of 56 men after the operation. Twenty -two variables as putative factors associated with return of fertility were measured. The results of Logistic regression and other statistical analyses suggest that & factors including age of husband,age of wife,history of past pregnancies of current wife,number of vasovasotomies ,serum FSH,LH and T before vasovasostomy,and sperm granuloma of vas nodule are of no significance in return of fertility,whereas the other 14 factors including years since vasectomy,sperm concentration, progressive mobility, sperm mobility, viability, normal morphology, sperm-egg penetration rate, TAT and SIT before-and-after vasovasotomy, MAR, IBT adherent IgG and IgA after vasovasotomy are significantly associated with repregnancy.更多还原
