【Abstract】 Three-step analgesic ladder was adopted in 113 patients with advanced cance. Moderate or severe pain occurred in 87. 6% of the patients. The drugs of three-step analgesic ladder were indocin, codein and controlled-release morphine. Approximately 91. 2%of the patients had pain scores of 0(none) or 1 (slight) after treatment. The side affects were mild No addiction was found in patients. The key of a successful analgesis should be to give analgesic by ladder and on schedule,but not by need.更多还原
