【摘要】 为探讨1996年8月冷水江市某村亚急性砷中毒的流行特征，应用流行病学和生态毒理学方法对该地送行了调查．结果表明，当地冶炼厂产生的砷碱渣对环境构成污染，其中一被污染井的水砷均值高达1．23±1．41mg／L，患者尿砷值为0．92±0．96mg／L，与对照组有显著关异，而人群砷暴露时间较短．据此认为，此次亚急性砷中毒系由饮水受砷污染所致，环境与地质因素在其中亦起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Epidemiological and ecotoxicological investigations were carried out in a village of Leng-shuijiang City to understand the epidemiological characteristics of the subacute arsenismwhich was prevalent in the village in August 1996. The Results showed that the environmentwas polluted by arsenic residue discarded from local smelterys, the mean arsenic content inthe contaminated well water was as high as 1. 23± 1. 41mg/L and urinary arsenic content ofthe patients, exposed to arsenic only about 60 to 90 days, was 0. 92 ± 0. 96mg/L, whichwere significantly different from those of the controls. It was concluded that the prevalence ofsubacute arsenism in this village was caused by arsenic contaminated drinking water and environmental factors played an important role on it.更多还原
