【摘要】 以灵芝发酵液和过氧化油给小鼠灌胃，观察对小鼠脂质过氧化、脑和心脂褐质、血清超氧化歧化酶（SOD）及脑单胺氧化酶（MAO）活性的影响。结果表明，灵芝发酵液可提高小鼠SOD活性，减少血清丙二醛（MDA）生成，抑制心、脑脂褐质生成及降低脑MAO活性，提示该灵芝发酵液具有一定的抗衰老的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Ganoderma lucidum zymotic fluid and peroxide oil were used in enema of rats in this experiment in order to observe their influence on lipid peroxidation lipofusin of brain and heartas well as the activity of cerbral monoaminoxydase(MAO) and serum superoxide dismutase(SOD). The result showed that ganodrma lucidum zymotic fluid may improve the activity ofSOD,reduce the formation of serum malodialdehyde (MDA), and restrain the formation oflipofusin of brain and heart,and decrease the activity of cerebral MAO. This experiment indi-cated that ganoderma lucidum zymotic fluld had the function of antisenility to some extent.更多还原
