老年人膳食钙摄入量及其决定因素分析

【摘要】 对沈阳市皇姑区63名65岁以上的退休工人进行了称重法和询问法的膳食钙摄入量调查和相关因素分析。结果表明,老年男性的日钙摄入量为476±156mg,女性为393±161mg,分别为RDA的59%和49%,均处于较低的水平。影响该人群钙摄入的主要因素是牛乳的摄入频率(P<0.0001)。相关分析还显示,钙的摄入量与研究对象的体重以及能量和蛋白质的摄入也呈正相关。

【Abstract】 63 retired workers in Huanggu district of Shenyang were investigated for calcium intake by food weighing method and questionaire. The results showed that the daily calcium intakes were 476 + 156 mg in old males and 393+ IGlmg in old females and they were about 59% and 49% of RDA for old males and females respectively. It was indicated that the calcium intakes of these subjects were low. The factor that influences calcium intakes is the consumption frequencies of milk ( P <0. 0001). The calcium intake was relative to body weight and intakes of energy and protein.
