【摘要】 为探讨不同国家妇女血浆25-(OH)-D水平及其影响因素,对沈阳、剑桥和冈比亚共140名青年妇女血浆25-(OH)-D进行了测定。结果显示,沈阳妇女血浆25-(OH)-D水平为16.3±5.6ng/ml,剑桥妇女为20.9±10.0ng/ml,冈比亚妇女为27.4±8.7ng/ml。冈比亚妇女血浆25-(OH)-D水平明显高于沈阳和剑桥(P<0.01),且无季节变化(P>0.05)。将季节因素排除后,沈阳与剑桥妇女血浆25-(OH)-D水平无显差别(P>0.05)。剑桥妇女血浆25-(OH)-D水平受季节影响(P<0.01)。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the levels of 25-(OH)-D in young women from different countries, 140 young women from Shenyang. Cambridge and Gambia were examined. Mean values of plasma 25 (OH)-D in Shenyang, Cambridge and Gambian women are 16. 3+5. 6ng/rnl, 20. 9+10. Ong/ml and 27. 4;t8. 7ng/ml respectively. The results showed that the levels of 25-(OH)-D in Gambian women were higher than those of Shenyang and Cambridge women ( P <0. 01) and no seasonal effect was found.
