存储式数字压力检测仪的电路设计
Design of Memory Digital Pressure Detector,
【摘要】 随着石油生产技术的进步及其复杂程度的提高 ,井场科学计量是十分必要的。常规的压力检测仪表不适合井场的安装应用条件 ,经常遭到坡坏 ,因而设计新型的井口压力检测仪有其实用价值。文章主要介绍用于井口压力检测的存储式数字压力检测仪的电路设计原理。叙述了整机原理构成、模数转换 (A/ D)的电路工作原理、单片机控制系统及存储电路和显示电路系统
【Abstract】 With an improvementon on oil product technology and an enhancement of measurement in well field,the conventional pressure detectors are unfit for installation condition of well field,and they are always destroyed.Therefore,the design of new style pressure detector is available.The circuit structure of the memory digital pressure detector used for wellhead pressure test is introduced.Furthmore,the operating principles of A/D convertor, microcontroller system,memory circuit,display circuit and overall unit are analysed in detail.
