【摘要】 我院对90例(150耳)耳聋患者进行脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测,结果中青年组中,Ⅰ波潜伏期较对照组延长;老年组中,各波潜伏期均较对照组延长,Ⅰ—Ⅲ、Ⅲ—Ⅴ、Ⅰ—Ⅴ峰间期延长,或Ⅲ—Ⅴ峰间期大于Ⅰ—Ⅲ峰间期。两个年龄组中各波出现率也各不相同。该检测可帮助临床医师了解耳聋的部位,病因,从而为治疗提供帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 90 Cases of deafness (150 ears) were given a brain - stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) de-lection. The results were as follows the I wave latent period of the young and middle -aged group was prolonged than that of the control group; but in the old - aged group, the latent period (LP) of various waves were all prolonged than that of the control group, with either interpeak latent period (ILP) of I - I ?I - V and 1 -?V waves prolonged or II - V interpeak latent period longer than I - I latency. The occurence rate of various waves differed in the two age groups. This detection could help doctors to know more accurately the site and cause of deafness.更多还原
