【Abstract】 strains suspected to be species of the genus Bifidobacterium were isolated from adult human feces.Through domestication to tolerating oxygen,we obtained an oxygen resistant strain AD 45 .It was tentatively identified as Bifidobacteria adolescentis and the ability to tolerate oxygen in cultural environments was investigated.After examining its growth curve,pH and the production of acid,we established the optimum fermentable conditions.更多还原
