应用均匀设计考察 2-氯-4-氨基-6,7-二甲氧基喹唑啉合成工艺
Investigation of the Synthetic Technique of 2 Chloro 4 Amino 6,7 Dimetoxyquinazoline with Uniform Design
【摘要】 ２－氯－４－氨基－６，７－二甲氧基喹唑啉是合成一系列喹唑啉类α１受体阻滞剂的重要中间体．应用均匀设计考察合成工艺中氧化反应，使其收率由原来的４５％提高到６０％．
【Abstract】 Chloro 4 amino 6,7 dimethoxyquinazoline is an important intermedium of a series of α 1 adrenoceptor antagonists of quinazolines.Uniform design was applied in its technoloqical study and the yield was increased from 45% to 60%.
