【Abstract】 A method has been establised for the quantitative determination of Chlorzoxazone and Acetaminophen in Chlorzoxazone capsules by HPLC.With a 4 6 mm×250 mm column packing of 10 μ Spherisorb C 18 used as the stationary phase,a mixture of methanol and water(4∶6) used as the mobile phase,and with Phenacetin as the internal standard.The method has a good linearity and correlation coefficient:Chlorzoxazone is between 0 12～0 60 mg.Acetaminophen is between 0 10～0 50 mg.The recovery is 97 1% and 96 4%,RSD is 1 3% and 1 2% respectively.更多还原
