【Abstract】 This paper reports a quantitative method for determining flavonol glycosides in the preparations of Ginkgo leaves by HPLC.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol water phosphate acid(550∶445∶5),and the flow rate was 1 0 mL/min.Chromatography was performed with ultraviolet detector at 370 nm.The relative correction coefficients of the two flavonol aglycons to outer standard were 1 05 and 0 96,respectively;their RSD were 0 52% and 0 94%.The reproductivity of the method was examined,the RSD was 2 1% and the absolute recovery was 100 3%,RSD 3 02%.更多还原
