银杏叶粉针剂中总黄酮醇糖苷的含量测定

【摘要】 报道了用HPLC法测定银杏叶粉针中黄酮醇糖苷含量的方法.测定的三种黄酮醇糖苷元与外标物之间的相对校正系数分别为1.00,1.05,0.95;后两者变异系数分别为0.52%,0.94%.考察了本方法的重现性,变异系数为2.1%.测定了总黄酮醇糖苷的回收率为100.3%,变异系数为3.02%.

【Abstract】 This paper reports a quantitative method for determining flavonol glycosides in the preparations of Ginkgo leaves by HPLC.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol water phosphate acid(550∶445∶5),and the flow rate was 1 0 mL/min.Chromatography was performed with ultraviolet detector at 370 nm.The relative correction coefficients of the two flavonol aglycons to outer standard were 1 05 and 0 96,respectively;their RSD were 0 52% and 0 94%.The reproductivity of the method was examined,the RSD was 2 1% and the absolute recovery was 100 3%,RSD 3 02%.
