【Abstract】 A Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of the content of granulae cefaclainc,The operation was carried out in ODS C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of phosphated buffer and acetonitrile (94∶6).The detection was done at 265 nm.The standard curve was linear in the range of 80 to 250 μg/ml(r=0 9989).The average recovery was 99 99% and the RSD was 0 38%.The detection limit was 6 13×10 -6 μg.更多还原
