【摘要】 用幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染Wistar大鼠复制胃炎模型并进行疗效研究。用HpS67、S73混合菌株1012菌落形成单位／L菌液每鼠每周2nl×4周，ig．未次感染1周后开始药物治疗1次／d×10d，5周后处死检查：①病理学：生理盐水组胃粘膜服体破坏，间质炎症细胞浸润、水肿，大量Hp；甲硝唑＋法莫替丁组胃粘膜腺体正常，线层有少量炎症细胞，未见Hp。②细菌学：镜检、尿素酶、培养阳性数：生理盐水组分别为6／7、7／7、7／7；甲硝唑＋法莫替丁组分别为0／7、3/7、0／7。说明，Wistar幼年大鼠可复制Hp感染胃炎模型；药物治疗1d量1次性ig疗效明显；联合用药疗效优于单药疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gastritis was reproduced by infection with helicobacter pylori(Hp) in wistar rats to observe the effect of treatment. The bacteria liquor of Hp S67、S73 mixed stains (1012cdu·L-1 ) was given to young wistar rats, 2ml ig per rat , once a week, 4 times in all. One week after the last infection, drug therapy began, once a day, the course was 10 days. Five weeks after the course expiry the rats were killed and make pathologic and bacteriologic examination was conducted. Histopathologic examination: Normal saline (NS) group (control): the glands of gastric mucosa were destroyed, mesenchyme edema occurred with infiltration of inflammaory cells, numbers of Hp were seen. Metronidazole (Met) and famotidine (ram) group: glands of gastric mucosa were normal. There was some infiltration of inflammatory cells in superficial layer of gastric mucosa, Hp were not observed. Bacteriologic exammination: positive number of microscopy, urease and cultrue; NS group: 6/7 ,7/7 and 7/7 respectivcly; Met and Fam group: 0/7,3/7, respectively. The model of gastritis with Hp infection may be reproduced in young wistar rats. The therapy effect of one-day dose once ig was apparent. The effect of combining drugs therapy has advantage over the singl drug.更多还原
