【摘要】 BALB／C小鼠经60Coγ射线致死剂量照射后移植同系骨髓细胞，观察腹腔注射云芝糖肽对造血重建的影响。结果表明，云芝糖肽骨髓移植前用药组存活率、存活时间及脾集落形成单位，较单纯骨髓移植对照组明显提高，且能减轻外用血白细胞的降低，促使白细胞恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 By Using BALB/C mice exposed to lethal dose of 36Coγ-rays, transplantation of homologous bone marrow was made.The ef feets of the intraperitoneal administration of Ps-P on hematopoietic reconstruct was observed. The results showed that: Survive ra tio, survie time and CFU-S were markedly higher in the group of Ps-P administration before BMI than that in the BMI control group(<0.01) and in Ps-P peripheric blood leukocytopenia could be alleviated and leukocyte recovering could be improved.更多还原
