【摘要】 应用靶向剂LHSA交联“425”制剂，经腹腔注入感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后4周的BALB／c小鼠，每鼠0．5ml／d（内含“425”制剂10mg）。连续用药2周（相当于感染后6周）后，肝内虫卵肉芽肿平均直径与感染对照组相比，下降了39．93％，平均面积下降了62．37％；平均体积下降了79．01％。停药1～2周（相当于感染后7～8周）时，平均直径、面积和体积分别下降了34．04％～40．24％，59．00％～65．92％和74．79％～77．23％。结果表明，LHSA交联“425”制剂具有明显的抗日本血吸虫卵肝内肉芽肿病变的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The hepatic egg granuloma (SEC) in BALB/c mice exposed to Schistosoma japonicum and injected with LHSA-conjugated "425" reagent (Group Ⅰ) were compared with that in animals injected with " 425" reagent only (Group Ⅱ) and in infected animals as the control (Group Ⅲ). The mean SEG diameter, area and volume were decreased by 39. 93 % - 40. 24 %,62. 37 ~ 65. 92% and 79 .01 % ~ 77 .23% in Group Ⅲ as well as Group Ⅱ respechvely during the 2nd to 4th wk afer injection (6th to 8th wk afer infechon). The results showed that LHSA - conjugated "425" reagent had very strong effects on decrease of SEG size. We think that "425" reagent was transferred, medialed by LHSA, into hepatocyte where high concertration of the transfered "425" reagent was kept to increase its effects on SEG. Our research provides a key method to suppress SEG and show that it’s applicable in future. It may also be used in the other fields.更多还原
