【Abstract】 Huam peripheral blood lymphocytes (HPBL) were pretreated with carboxymethyl-pachymaran(CMP) and than inducers of PHA and/or ConA were added. The IL- 6 titers in the stimulatinghters induction groupe in which CMP was added in coha with PHA and/or ConA were 0. 5~0. 8times higher than that in the groups in which the conventional inducers of PHA and/ar ConA wereused without CMP(P<0. 01) , the highest of which was that in the stimulating induction group inwhich CMP+PHA+ConA were added (P<0. 01). The intermediate forms of IL- 6 produced withmethod of stimulating induction CMP possess high titers of IL- 6 and meet the pharmautical criteriaof bilogical products after tested through various peters and have been Proved indeed safe andefficient clinically.更多还原
