【摘要】 对相同粘度等级(15W/40)、不同性能等级(SE、SF、SG、CD)的几种内燃机油进行了行车试验,用FTIR、ICP和铁谱技术分析了内燃机油在使用中的性能变化与发动机的磨损状态。结果表明,在所研究的换油期中,汽油机油的老化与油中ZDDP的降解比柴油机油严重,柴油机油中磨损金属含量比汽油机油中少。

【Abstract】 On--road test for several types of internal combustion engine oil with the sameviscosity grade (15W/40) but different property grades (SE,SF,SG,CD)was carried out, and theengine oil property changing during the use and the wear and tear of engine were analysed usingFTIR,ICP artd ferric chromatogram technologies. The results show that the ageing of gasolineengine oil and degradation of ZDDP in oil were more severe than those of the diesel engine oilduring the studied oil change period. The worn and torn metal content in diesel engine oil was lessthan that in gasoline engine oil.
