TTS脱除石蜡基润滑油基础油中的氮化合物

【摘要】 用在实验室开发的新型脱氮剂TTS和醇配成的脱氮溶液从中国石化高桥公司炼油厂减三线糠醛精制油中脱除氮化物。试验结果表明:TTS是一种选择性强的保硫脱氮剂,它能有效地脱除油品中的氮化物而硫化物的浓度只有较小的降低;脱氮油的氧化安定性好,旋转氧弹诱导期从原来的145min提高到200min以上,透平油D943的氧化试验寿命提高500h以上;对脱除的氮化物的质谱分析结果表明,其主要为吡啶系列和喹啉系列。

【Abstract】 Nitrogen compound removal from furfural treating oils with TTS-ethanol solvent was developed. The laboratory result showed that TTS is a highly selective denitrogenation agent which can efficently reduce the nitrogen compound content to a low level and only slightly affects the sulfur com-pounds. The oxidation stability of the denitrogenated oil was remarkably enhanced. The induction period using rotary bomb oxidation test (RBOT, ASTM D-2272) was more than 200 minutes and the turbine oil oxidation test (ASTM D943) was increased by 500 hours and more. The MS analysis showed that most of the nitrogen compounds removed were pyridines and quinolines.
